Update MEMDISK to a newer version and try this:What confused me, was that when I created a simple MSDOS-Startupdisk (by right Mouseclick on a:/ -> format -> create MSDOS StartupDisk) and made an image file with rawread (my floppy format trail version expired) that ubcd would try to start this image but got stuck at:Shouldn't it have to boot this very simple structure? (Three files: config.sys, autoexec.bat, io.sys)Loading boot sector... booting...
Long filename support for FAT filesystems is only supported since SYSLINUX 3.70:By the way, the reason why I did not get the error message that my file name is too long, is that I did not build an iso-file with ubcd2iso. I use ubcd2usb which seems to have no problem with longer file names.

Since I am stuck at the same problem too. The help that I found in the FAQ from http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/faq.html did not help either:Hello,
Following along in this thread, after correcting the floppy image size problem that stung teotonio, I'm stuck here:

Loading boot sector... booting...
Non-System disk or disk error
Replace and strike any key when ready
Question: I was getting a bunch of "non-system disk or disk error" messages when I was trying to boot certain DOS floppy images. What's wrong?
For certain machines, you need to enable the floppy drive in the BIOS for memdisk to work properly. For these machines, if you set the floppy drive in the BIOS to "None", you will get the above error message.
