Problem is this tool requires Windows to run. It's not going to work on the UBCD since there is no Windows on it. However, you may want to suggest it on the Ultimate Boot CD for Windows forum.

I modified the ISO directly in UltraISO. Does this not work? Should I be using mkisofs?

Odd trouble when customizing CD
I'm having some odd difficulties customizing the cd. I used UltraISO to add my floppy images (made using WinImage) for my utilities, and to extract the custom.scn to modify it. Everything works when I boot the ISO to a virtual pc (using MS VirtualPC 2004), but when I burn it to a CD (both R and RW),...
