I figured out the problem. I hit the keys one too many times when first booting up and it went past the "selection menu". When I tried it again, I got the menu I should have gotten and was able to boot up the disc.
Very nice, I must say. Lots of tools.

Why is my boot CD going to FreeDOS and what next?
I thought Ultimate Boot CD was supposed to launch Windows or something, so that I could transfer files, run virus checks, etc. I was able to create an iso with all the default settings and plugins using my XP sp2 disc.
