after i booted the CD my screen got pink dots any why to fix?

i download the UBCD iso and buring it now on a CD
will it recover or formate or fix my computer?
i have problem that when you the the computer only black screen and mouse try safe mode and my recovery disc xpressrecovry 2 say my hdd does not have enough space
so will it fix the problem?
