Ultimate Boot CD

Finally figured it out! See here for my workaround: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=14699 This isn't very helpful seeing as I said Followed the directions after making a bootable USB Those directions are the ones I followed, and results in what I get in the screenshot.
