Tried to use Paypal link at "https://www.ultimatebootcd.com/fame.html". Clicking on box went to Paypal web site BUT showed bank & credit card that I have long ago removed from my Paypal account. Called Paypal and they verified the old accounts are no longer active and the new ones are....
