Vista sometimes requires you to run applications as an administrator. Try right clicking on the app and choose 'run as administrator'.

One way to do so is just use Smart Bootloader. Allows you to choose your boot sources.

If you are experiencing this, and have a sata drive as system drive only,it's not the UBCD or it's config causing your problem. Try setting your bios for sata to raid, and then run ghost. I think you'll find it will go past that hourglass to the main menu. Many times, ghost 2003 will do this even st...
