Damn, after many other tries, i found the problem : It's my USB mouse... If i unplugg the USB mouse then it works. I don't know why but it works and i can use the nice "Offline NT password & Registry Editor 080802". I'm wondering why boot nousb did'nt help... and also what's the exact ...

I tried

boot noapic
and

but unfortunately i'm always getting the freeze...

I just tried the "boot vga=ask" option : - "boot vga=ask" following by <space> (continue) - "boot vga=ask" following by <enter> (show video mode) and 0 - "boot vga=ask" following by <enter> (show video mode) and 1 - "boot vga=ask" following by <enter...

Oh yes, sorry. I forgot to mention that i tried the 3 following boot options :
boot nousb
boot irqpoll
boot nodrivers

And the result iis the same freeze...
