Victor, you are definitely not the one to be dense, but a lazy user might be :) I think Icecubes suggestion will clarify the matter enough.

I just tried the above method on "Ubuntu 10.04 netbook edition" and it worked like a charm :) the only thing I encountered were two broken links in the /dists-folder, but they did not seem to matter much, apart from that everything worked as expected. Thanks delicatepc for a simple howto :)

This problem occurrs when the end user is not paying attention to the information given when running the ubcd2usb.cmd utility without any parameters from a mounted CD(image).
