Ultimate Boot CD

Why is it that I can't scan the hard disk for virus using the anti-virus software in the bootCD34? There is this 'error accessing C:' message.
They can only scan the boot sector.
I used the hard disk tools and my hard disk is OK.

I downloaded the basic UBCD 3.3 but did not find the application NTFSforDOS.

Other than NTFSforDOS, is there any similar application that allows me to delete files from DOS??
