FIVE DIGIT counts of "views" and no responses?? How can a thread have 15,000 'view' and not one response? Twenty years of visiting dozens of forums and I have NEVER seen counts anywhere near that. I though one to two hundred was bad.

Kernal panic- not syncing- fatal exception in interrupt
I receive this error (probably) 99% of the way into the loading sequence using a AMD 970 chipset based MB. I am not using UEFI. This is running v5.3.8 in a bootable CD. Interestingly, this boots ok in two older laptops (both AMD based). I haven't tried a USB stick version , I would prefer using a CD...

Interesting question. I would have to say the question is; will/can the PC (Towre or Laptop) output a HDMI signal using a bootable CD? So, the question to you; if you connect a HDMI cable to a external monitor, can you see the BIOS/UEFI screen or anything durning the boot process? or is the only tim...
