You've misunderstood the thread, NTFS4Dos will be in the next release, at the bottom of the thread permission was given by datapol for it to be distrubuted with the UBCD.

NTFS4Dos will run a chkdsk on your NTFS drives and is free for home use. The program will create a bootable floppy.

However if your drive is NTFS ubcd will only scan in read only mode, it can't remove anything.

If you can get into safe mode there's a gui for the mcafee scanner which is added by the updater, this should help remove the infection.
