Well anyway if I were you I wouldn't uninstall anything put on my company laptop by their computer service ... if that really annoys you, you still may boot on some LiveCD instead of the system that crappy program is installed in.

Possible que ce soit une incompatibilité matérielle, possible aussi que ce soit un problème tout bête avec le lecteur CD lui-même, ou autre ... j'ai eu un coup un peu semblable sur une vieille machine, il a suffit de réajuster la nappe :D

This idead reminds me of programs to overcome the old 1024 cylinders BIOS limitation, that could be installed in HDDs' MBR ... so I suppose it could be done somehow, yet I don't know one.

Just as many as you like, until you see that it crashes due to overheating or you consider that it's been running long enough to say the hardware is stable.

I noticed that the label name for ultimate boot cd v 4.1.1's ISO is ubcd410 ^^ ... guess it should have been ubcd411 instead

I guess it would be safer to keep a non-beta version, anyway it's up to Victor ... or whoever provides the boot floppy images.

That's just not possible because there is almost an infinity of reasons why your Windows may refuse to start. UBCD contains lots of tools, but no magic.

No problem :)

And yes of course, even if you delete the files, you can make an iso again by downloading and using again the latest ubcd4win builder release, would it be the same version or updated, from the website ;)
