I'm recovering a dead hard drive. I'm using UBCD and running ddrescue on it. The first 460 gigs recovered relatively fast, but the last 5 have been really slow. I'm wondering if I can suspend ddrescue and then use P2 eXplorer (or something similar) and treat the .img as a virtual drive to see what all I have recovered.
If I've recovered everything but a few tv shows, than I'm fine quitting now, so I'd like to see what I have and haven't recovered. Currently I'm recovering at around 5KB/s so yeah...
So can I interrupt it and check, or do I have to wait for the whole thing? Thanks in advance.
Can I suspend ddrescue and check what I've recovered so far?
