Can I Backup single files with PartedMagic?

I can see all my files with PartedMagic File Manager but when I try to use SimpleBurn to backup my files It only lets me select Folders and I do not have any media large enough for all the files in My Documents folder. Is there another app in PartedMagic that will allow me to burn multiple single files to CD?
