Help with using UBCD

#1 Post by mireille » Fri Sep 26, 2014 7:56 am

I need help with using UBCD.

I already downloaded and burned the latest UBCD. Through BIOS I can use the CD just fine.
The only problem I'm having which tools from the CD should I use to solve the following problem I'm having.

I get an error saying: An unexpected I/O error has occured with 00000e9 or something.
So this is what I did: From the three hdds, two were unplugged. Used a clean reinstall of Windows on the first hdd.
This way I got my computer working again.
After that I plugged the remaining hdds but suddenly I got the same error again when I turned my computer on. Then unplugged them but still got the error. I had to reinstall Windows again.
How to use UBCD to scan and repair the two hdds.
