Using usb flash with mhdd in UBCD

Hi all,
I am trying to use mhdd in UBCD with the usb flash to fix bad sector, but when I enter the mhdd from HDD diagnose menu. I can't find the usb flash in the mhdd list. My question is, is there any way can recognize my usb flash under mhdd?
