Help please what did I do worng al I see is next HDD FDD????

Hopefully someone can help me out here and tell me what I did wrong.
I am trying to repair boot manager on a Sata rive that was in our old server which has Windows 2008 Standard on it.
Would love to get this to boot as the HD that is booting got corrupted during a migration to Windows 2012.
This is all I see now if I have that hard drive connected to any PC with Sata drive connections.
