Laptop does no power on after BIOS unlocker tool used

Laptop: Dell Latitude E7440
i used ubcd through YUMI usb to use the BIOS unlocker tool to remove BIOS passwork lock. After using it, i proceeded to reboot the laptop from the same menu. Laptop turns off and will not power back on.
I have tried removing battery and unplugging - press power button for 30 sec to remove residual power then put battery back and plug in - still nothing
I also tried removing the CMOS battery and same proceedure from above. still does not power on.
any other suggestions?
