Problem with Sata HD

#1 Post by Andi_ » Wed Aug 05, 2009 4:33 pm

Hi, Hello to all, i'm new here :D

I've tried to manage patitions on a Seagate 500GB Sata disk, and after saving the partition table my others hard disk had problem...

Samsung 400 GB sata -> the partition(NTFS) was changed to Secure File System
Seagate 250 GB sata -> when this is connected to mother board, the BIOS POST stops at "3rd hard drive.... ST3250..." and dont load anymore..

the data from Samsung 400GB i'm recovering with GetDataBack For NTFS(at windows), but the 250GB Seagate is dead...

how can i wake up Seagate 250GB Sata when it dont pass bios post? or i cant?

My HW:
DualCore Intel Pentium E2180, 2000 MHz (10 x 200)
Asus P5LD2-X/1333 (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, LAN)
2 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-13 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-11 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz)
NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT (512 MB)
LG M228WA (Analog) [22" LCD]
Creative SB PCI128 (Ensoniq ES1371) Sound Card

SAMSUNG HD403LJ (400 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)
ST3500630AS (500 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)
ST3250823AS (250 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)

Thank to all, and sorry for my bad(very bad ^^) english
