Cannot run HDD erase after interupting process

I have a Fujitsu HDD, I ran HDD erase v3.1 interrupted it mid way as I saw that nothing was happening, now when I want to start the computer it says that the Hard is Locked and when I try to rerun HDD erase 3.1 or 4.0 it hangs on this screen, see picture.
