Ultimate Boot CD

Where is it located? I'm looking for it since I'm going to run "chkdsk bundled with ntfs4dos". Is this not worth doing after "10009 replace hard disk"? It's sort of my last option. I can't boot into windows. Every try on reaching command prompt to get this chkdsk have failed, both with recovery mode and with the installation disk.

I recommend replacing this drive at this point.
