Utility provides RE and even normal editions of Western Digital SATA hard drives the opportunity to switch IDLE timings. This is a serious WD utility requiring DOS environment.

It is used to prevent damage to new Green hard drives, that spin-up too fast in non desktop applications.

It would really help system-admins.
