I don't know how to value this, but I wanted to share this concern with you.
Avira AntiVir Rescue System v3.7.16-20110406132449 (Boot CD) scan of my software directory revealed this:

ALERT: [APPL/BiosTool.D] /media/Devices/sda5/installers/ubcd503.iso --> ubcd/dosapps/xbios.cab --> bios320.exe <<< Contains signature of the application APPL/BiosTool.D [archive scan abort]

It is normal that some tools on UBCD are detected by antivirus software.
Some of them do things, you normally don't want (like reading/resetting BIOS passwords).
Download Ultimate Boot CD v5.0: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html
Use Parted Magic for handling all partitioning task: http://partedmagic.com/

Ok, thanks for this general information, which then also means an all-clear for this specific issue, I guess.
