Security concern: xbios possibly contains malware

I don't know how to value this, but I wanted to share this concern with you.
Avira AntiVir Rescue System v3.7.16-20110406132449 (Boot CD) scan of my software directory revealed this:

ALERT: [APPL/BiosTool.D] /media/Devices/sda5/installers/ubcd503.iso --> ubcd/dosapps/xbios.cab --> bios320.exe <<< Contains signature of the application APPL/BiosTool.D [archive scan abort]

It is normal that some tools on UBCD are detected by antivirus software.
Some of them do things, you normally don't want (like reading/resetting BIOS passwords).
