Avira NTFS4DOS

Hello, my hp computer recently had the code purple error and I was told to use Avira NTFS4DOS from ultimate boot cd. I was told to go to the main menu and find system tools and go from their. But I don't understand this at all and I need help as fast as possible. I would appreciate an admin or anyone telling me how to acces it. Thank you everybody so much and God bless.
