Hello guys. I'm a 50-year-old father of two who has a very limited computer knowledge. While trying to reset my computer from a bug of some sort, I did burn the image file to CD and wiped all the hard drive; how do I install the new windows or boot up my computer again? Thank you, I appreciate your help.

What is your PC manufacturer and model?

Did it have a recovery partition and/or do you have media (CD/DVD)?

What wiping program/tool did you use?

Many manufacturers don't provide media any more and will instead have a recovery partition that you would boot to and restore the system to factory settings. If you used a program/tool such as DBaN you have probably deleted any recovery partition. I have used testdisk to recover partition before but if you used DBaN or similar I don't think that will be an option.

Further information is needed.
