How do I regain my windows desktop / return my pc as before?

JAH bless. Give Thanx. More Luv. The direction you gave me worked well to verify the checksum and burn the ISO to CD. I put the burned CD into my PC and the UBCD window came up successfully!!! Now, please instruct me on the next step to regain my windows and restore my PC as before without losing data. I thank you profusely... SpredLuv : )
