UBCD4Win is an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PROJECT, based on WinPE. UBCD and UBCD4Win share NOTHING IN COMMON, so you most likely won't find anything useful about UBCD4Win here.

Difference between UBCD and UBCD4WIN:

• UBCD is a collection of self-booting DOS, Linux and other miscellaneous (not Windows based) tools provided to the end user as a pre-build ISO, ready to burn to a CD or extract to an USB thumb drive.
• UBCD4Win is a project that you download and use to create a Windows XP PE (Pre-installed Environment). You have to use XP source files from your CD, restore partition, etc. You then need to build the ISO yourself (due to the problem that Microsoft files are non-redistributable), so you can burn it to a CD/DVD afterwards.
