need windows xp home cd to use with ultimate boot cd

i have a computer with xp home and I have a product key but no cd. I do have a xp prof cd. How can i get a xp home cd to use to build the ultimate boot cd? I assume i can't use the xp pro since home edition is installed on this computer. I don't even know what service packs have been installed on computer. Computer is hanging at windows load screen....help!!!
