CHKDSK on ubcd ?

hello
The HD of my friend can't start (in fact, it's begin to start and reboot after 10 sec)
I think there is a problem of BAD CLUSTERS on it
I would like to know which software on UBCD I can use to scan the HD, like CHKDSK (clusters scanning AND file system -mbr- scanning)
