.exe or .zip to .iso file???

How do i get the .iso file from the .exe or .zip file???
If you have the EXE file, just double-click on the EXE and it will prompt you for the location to save the ISO file since it is self-extracting.
If you have the ZIP file, you need a 3rd-party app such as 7-Zip or TUGZip etc. to extract.
If you are using WinXP, you can simply right-click and select "Extract", since WinXP has built-in support for ZIP archives.
