Ultimate Boot CD

Just a quick question. I've installed UBCD on a usb stick and it's great as I often need utilities like memtest in my job and this will make life easier. However, is it possible to just drop other dos utilities like uniflash into a directory and use it together with freedos to flash/save/restore bios settings? I can't see a reason why it wouldn't work, but thought I'd ask here first.
