Ultimate Boot CD

Hi guys. I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am by no means a computer tech. or programmer but I have this
cd-rom and would like some instructions as to what applications to use when certain things are happening. I tried to use this cd on my sisters computer and could get into all the menus but I have no idea what to do when I got in there. What applications to use for what I want to do? Which menus to use for which problems? I'm not just talking about this specific computer but for any comp. in the future.

Any help would be great. Hope to get the info. that I'm looking for. Thanks guys.

It would dictate a lot of typing on our part to list all
the things you can do with the UBCD. My suggestion is
that you visit the main UBCD page: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
scroll down to the "Ultimate Boot CD (Basic)" table and visit the
links for all the tools. That should give you an idea as to what
it does.
