HOW to add files that can be accesed/executed in DOS mode

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I'm just unable to add custom files to UBCD (BIOS upgrade for my VGA card)
that can be executed in dos mode. Why is this soo complicated???
In Bart's bootCD which can boot DOS it very easy (simply copying files to a directory and they are then put to the root of the CD), but Bart's CD does not boot on the specific coputer due to some CD/DVD-Drive issues.
I JUST NEED A SIMPLE METHOD TO INCLUDE FILES ON MY BOOTDISK!!!
a method like copy all files here, and they will be included on the disk...
