Repair Boot Sector Error

I can boot into Xindows XP Pro. However, when I run Partition Table Doctor 3.5, it shows I have Boot Sector Errors (harddisk1, partition 1). I ran the PTTD's Fixboot utility - it couldn't correct the errors.
I also ran Recovery Console's Fixboot, but same error message shows up when I run PTTD.
Can anyone suggest a fix using UBCD?
If not UBCD any other software fixes you can suggest?
