UBCD takes me to website

I downloaded UBCD ISO and followed the directions as indicated on this site.How ever when I load disk into drive opens up this:

file:///D:/website/index.html which is http://www.ultimatebootcd.com

I made 2 cds and same results also tried beta 5 and same thing.

My Specs:
Windows XP Pro
Dell Dim 8400

You have to boot from the CD (before windows loads).
