Boot CD won't...boot.

I'm attempting to run the UBCD after a recommendation and a failed attempt to run AVG through linux and kill a trojan that's screwing with windows. I burnt the disc with K3b since I'm running kubuntu from a disc right now and the MD5's checked out and everything seemed right, but for some reason when I try to boot with it in the drive it boots windows.

Any suggestions? I'm almost out of blank CDs and would prefer to not have to burn another disc, but I will if I can't find a better idea. Failing that I have no clue so any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you set your BIOS to boot from CD first?
