The German Keyboard (QWERTZ) is not recognised. Booting does not continue and the CD is useless at present. Please give suggestions. Many thanks

Just a guess: are you using a USB keyboard by any chance?

For USB keyboard to be recognized, there is normally a setting in the
BIOS which enables legacy keyboard support.

Thanks for the suggestion Victor, but it is a German Kayboard and was recognised as such during normal booting. Only the UBCD seems not to recognise this. I'll check the BIOS to see which Kybd is selected.
