ERD Commander...

So I'm building a combo disk with UBCD4Win, and I want to add ERD.
The problem is, if you add ERD the same way you add 4Win ( changing the bootsect.bin to PRO1.DAT and copying the files over ) Adding ERD as a PRO2.DAT, you end up making 4Win unable to load.
So I was wondering if there was a way to load the ERD.iso or img, or something, by itself? Or any other ideas someone has?
