Yes, Offline NT Password & Registry Editor.
Download Ultimate Boot CD v5.0: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html

Thx

I tried this :Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
I get to the stage to change it, I then select * for a blank password, quit etc. But it still does not work. Looks like it does not save the change. When I quit, and try to save it comes back to say it canot load something...

Here is an alternative -> http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/

I recommend the Live CD version as that has worked well for me and others I've recommended it to in the past..

Guys, I tried this again, made a new USB boot, and reset the admin password. It does not work. Any ideas?

Try UBCD50b12, it has a newer version of Offline NT Password & Registry Editor (or update the program yourself).

You can try kon-boot (not included in UBCD):

I tried this again now.

When it boots from the USB drive, the screen is blank, when I press enter, it comes back and asks for a password... Then there is junk charakters in the one corner...
