I use this. Perhaps a candidate for adding to UBCD if the author agrees?

I added it to my own UBCD with only a little trouble. When I used the ISO version, it went into UBCD INSERT instead; so I made the floppy, made an image and expanded it to 2.88MB using WinImage, copied the file initrd.gz from the CD version to the floppy image (to get the SCSI drivers), and then put that on UBCD - which worked fine!

Offline NT Password and Registry Editor is already
on the UBCD. Select F3 (Filesystem), press space bar
for next page, then F1 for "Offline NT Password..."

SCSI drivers, etc are already on the CD.

See: http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html
for how to use.
