which tool do i have to use for a EXT3-formatted Western Digital WD6400AAKS (SATA2 Hard disk) to put the AAM (Acoustic Management) to the most Silent?

The format type shouldn't matter.. I used HDAT a while ago to change the settings on a Maxtor drive and it's included with UBCD.. Here is a link to the HDAT site -> http://www.hdat2.com/
