bsod

hi,i've got a bsod,i was installing vista 32 sp1 update at the time but i also had oodefrag pro running in the background, it caused the bsod,i cannot get in safe mode,nor can i run the recovery disc,blue screen comes on everything,i think the windows files are corrupt,can you tell me which course of action to take now,also some instruction/guide links would be helpfull. thank you.
