Won't boot UBCD, tried FAQ's to fix it

My computer, when it scans UBCD, and it finds it, it goes
Ultimate boot cd, press enter to boot
So I press enter, and nothing happens immediately, and after a little bit it says booting. . .
then it goes straight to the windows xp load screen, and my computer starts normally again.
I've tried burning at slower speed, my computer only has one DVD drive, the bios has DVD drive first on boot list, I'm using only normal TDK cd-r's
I can't figure out what the problem is.
