Password Renew

Is it me, or is the wonderful Password Renew tool no longer available? No one seems to answer in other post, so I am hoping to get a response here. It's pretty much vital to what we have to do a lot of the time, and I was just hoping the UBCD 4.1 version had it and I just was missing it somewhere. I also tried to see if it was on UBCD v.5 beta, but looks like it is not either. What gives?
