How to apply Patches to V4?

Hello I am a very new to learning how to fix errors on my comp.
So here's the deal. I just finished downloading the UBCD V4 iso image file. I saw that there were some errors in certain files:

"The disk image for Drive Fitness Test has the wrong filename. It should be dft.igz instead of dft.img.gz. To rectify, patch your UBCD ISO image to V4.1.1 and above. Thanks to technician for reporting this.

There is an error in bootdsk1.cfg, where the filenames for LZ-DOS and FreeDOS are wrong. To rectify, patch your UBCD ISO image to V4.1.1 and above. Thanks to georgieboy for leading to this discovery"
.

My question is, how do I fix these errors or how do repair these errors with the patches? Do I burn the iso to a cd then change the file somehow? or what do I exactly? Also, is it really needed to fix?

Second, I have an e-machine, but would like to be able to make this disc bootable for any comp. Do I do any changes to the disc, or just run my nero express 6 and burn the iso image to a disc, and will that be enough? .. Thanks
