Missing/currupt file

Hello All,

I just received the UBCD and my pc recognizes the cd. I have a list of choices, however, I don't know where to start. :?:

My original error was " cannot start computer...yadah yada...due to missing or corrupt file \windows\system32\config\SYSTEM ". Can anyone help me get started with the repair process?

It means that a part of your Windows registry is missing or corrupt.
Reinstalling Windows will probably be the only solution.

You could also try to do a registry restore but that may not work for you. For more info you can do a web search or check out the UBCD4Win forum at -> http://www.ubcd4win.com/forum
