HELP PLEASE

So, i got UBCD v4.
my pc doesnt run win xp, as soon as i start i get a black screen saying error loading operating system.i can't even load safe mode.
i dont care if i lose my pics or anything. i have actually tried to recover but it stops running when it gets 53% of progress on C drive.(it says stream read error?)
before this happened,i was getting some error messages like run time error, something w/dwwin.exe,drwtsn32.ex2,lsass.exe,mstsc.exe,explorer.exe(0xc0000142,0xc000012d).
now,with UBCD, what should i run first?
so far i know there is no error with win memory.
