I donwload the UBCD V4, unzip, burn the iso image, and try to reboot the pc from the dvd driver with the UBCD disk. but while the setup is running i get the blue screen with CSRSRV.DLL message. CSRSRV.DLL was not found. any idea what can I do?

Make sure you have dled the correct copy from known sources: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html

Seems you may have not downloaded it properly and may have a corrupted image. Redownload the iso and try burning it again. You may want to download UBCD 5 As it is the latest version.
